Head of System Analysis

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for system architecture, IT investments, and enterprise modernization.
• Build and implement a standardized framework and processes for System Analysis across the organization.
• Lead and optimize internal company processes to ensure efficiency and alignment.
• Oversee the translation of complex business objectives into scalable technical specifications and requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 12 system analysts, business analysts, and solution architects.
• Manage team performance through regular reviews and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and external vendors to evaluate and procure enterprise solutions.
• Ensure all systems adhere to cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and governance policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in global management of System Analysis functions.
• Deep understanding of development lifecycles within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with technical tools including Jira, Confluence, and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling technical teams and managing high-performing departments.
