Head of Support & Services Controlling

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Financial Business Partner for Commercial and Military Support & Services lines of business
• Lead and manage a team of controllers to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence
• Prepare and communicate regular financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance
• Lead the annual 5-year operating plan (OP) and periodic forecasts in coordination with business line management
• Monitor and analyze monthly actual unit costs versus plan to provide mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, cost accounting policies, and corporate governance
• Support decision-making by providing quantitative and qualitative data to business leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, project management, or business administration
• 12+ years of experience in a finance position or professional-level work experience in an aviation company
• 4+ years of experience in a managerial position involving budget, planning, or P&L responsibilities
• 4+ years of experience in the coordination, consolidation, and integration of financial data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP
• Authorized to work in the US
