Head of Supply Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of scalable supply and demand planning strategies to support global growth and new product launches.
• Oversee the integrated S&OP process, facilitating cross-functional consensus between sales, operations, and finance.
• Direct scenario planning for New Product Introductions (NPI) to ensure supply readiness and agile response to market dynamics.
• Implement and improve advanced planning tools, analytics, and KPIs to drive visibility across the end-to-end planning cycle.
• Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to optimize supply chain performance and margin targets.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams in demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP.
• 5+ years in a senior management role overseeing integrated planning functions.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present strategic insights to C-level executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Master's degree (MBA or MS).
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or IBF certification in forecasting/planning.
• Expertise with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, Oracle) and ERP/MRP platforms.
