Reframe Systems is building the engine of housing abundance. We integrate autonomous design software, flexible robotics, and a distributed network of microfactories to mass-customize climate-resilient, low-carbon housing at scale.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable cost-down on $/sqft through strategic supplier programs.
• Build the procurement and inventory operating system that scales across the Fabrication Network.
• Establish supply chain data standards including part numbering, BOM structure, and inventory data models.
• Manage and develop a team including Procurement, Buying, and Inventory Management.
• Embed supply chain into design, DFMA, and project delivery by shaping decisions with cost and lead-time data.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the executive team on high-leverage projects.
• Translate real-world workflows into requirements for future ERP/WMS implementations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations at scaling hardware, deep tech, or manufacturing companies.
• Experience owning supplier programs, cost-down initiatives, or category strategy at scale.
• Proven track record of managing managers and tactical operators.
• Experience through at least one 0→1 or 1→10 scaling motion in a hardware or manufacturing environment.
• Strong structured written communication skills.
• Ability to work scrappily with tools like Sheets and QuickBooks to design future systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent strategic operating experience.
• Experience in construction, modular/off-site construction, or building products.
• Experience leading supply chain through an ERP/WMS implementation.
• Direct experience with vendor contracts and business-side legal interfaces.
