Responsibilities

• Develop supplier and assortment strategies in consultation with category managers and strategic procurement
• Drive and lead change management for processes and working methods
• Lead and develop work regarding price and article data
• Develop working methods within category management
• Drive structure and quality within article and master data
• Act as a requirements specifier for business systems (Infor M3) and digital e-commerce development
• Develop goal management for processes

Requirements

• Experience in strategic procurement and supplier management
• Experience leading change and developing processes/working methods
• Strong business understanding regarding margins, profitability, and growth
• Leadership experience
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Structured and result-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from industry, trade, or related sectors
• Experience with business systems, preferably Infor M3
