Head of Student Wellbeing, University Hall

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling and case management support for students within a residential college setting
• Plan, develop, and implement resident wellbeing initiatives and co-curricular programs
• Foster a safe, energetic, and harmonious living and learning environment for a diverse student population
• Support accessibility pathways and provide pastoral care to residents from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
• Perform suicide crisis and risk assessments and provide necessary interventions

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent competency
• Current professional registration (or eligibility) with AASW, PACFA, or ACA
• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health support provision
• Proven experience in suicide crisis and risk assessment
• Experience delivering mental health and wellbeing workshops or training
• Current WA Working With Children Check
• Ability to perform some after-hours work as required
