Head of Structuring, Execution and Control

Responsibilities

• Manage high-level client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance.
• Design customized financial solutions incorporating a range of products and services from the bank's portfolio.
• Research industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive environments to inform strategic recommendations.
• Communicate value propositions, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial to both clients and the bank.
• Assess financial, legal, and operational risks and implement measures to minimize potential losses.
• Lead and manage a large team or sub-function, embedding a performance culture aligned with business values.
• Provide expert advice to senior functional management and committees to influence strategic initiatives.
• Oversee resourcing, budgeting, and policy creation for the sub-function.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and foster adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic relationship management and stakeholder negotiation at a senior level.
• Expertise in designing customized financial solutions and complex product structures.
• Strong background in risk assessment, mitigation, and regulatory compliance oversight.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing people managers and driving large-scale strategic projects.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to use interpretative thinking to solve complex problems.
• Ability to act as a spokesperson and principal contact point for key clients and internal stakeholders.
