Head of Strategy & Operations, Footwear Product Creation

Responsibilities

• Architect the multi-year strategic roadmap for Footwear Product Creation based on the 2030 Long Range Plan
• Manage the seasonal range portfolio including capacity modeling, resource allocation, and project prioritization
• Design and manage the leadership operating rhythm, including weekly standups and monthly business reviews
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve creation velocity through stage-gate optimization and systems integration
• Drive organizational change management and adoption of new ways of working through communication and training
• Build portfolio dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into capacity and risks

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership in Product Strategy, Program Management, or Footwear Creation
• Proven track record of translating corporate strategy into actionable cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end product creation lifecycle from innovation to manufacturing
• Exceptional executive facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading organizational change and implementing new operating models
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• Ability to influence without authority in a complex environment
