Ink In Caps (IIC), founded in 2017, is a Mumbai-based Design+Tech+Experience company. We serve as a partner in the digital world, harnessing advanced technologies like Metaverse development, VR, AR, and SaaS products to create long-lasting brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize internal processes across Sales, Design, Tech, Production, HR, and Finance to drive operational efficiency.
• Create cross-functional SOPs and playbooks to improve speed, accountability, and quality.
• Implement OKR/KPI frameworks and internal dashboards to align team goals with company strategy.
• Lead innovation sessions for marquee client accounts to uncover fresh formats and platforms.
• Act as a Strategic Director in new business pitches, crafting narratives and value propositions.
• Own the strategic roadmap for internal IPs and SaaS platforms, including market research and GTM frameworks.
• Define positioning, messaging, and product storytelling for internal demos and investor decks.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of experience in strategy consulting, innovation, brand/creative strategy, or product leadership.
• Proven experience in cross-functional environments such as startups, creative tech, SaaS, or consulting firms.
• Strong systems thinking and familiarity with innovation models like First Principles or Jobs-To-Be-Done.
• Exceptional verbal, visual, and written communication skills for C-level presentations.
• Proficiency with tools like Notion, Airtable, Miro, or other project management software.
• Analytical rigor with comfort managing dashboards and quantitative KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in design, technology, or business is a plus.
