Head of Strategy and Product - Client Platforms

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leadership to transform business outcomes into a technology platform and suite of capabilities.
• Define and socialize the Client Platforms Technology strategy for Institutional and Wealth/Retail businesses.
• Outline a multi-year technology strategy and an incremental delivery plan to deliver business value.
• Provide oversight to embedded product managers to ensure alignment to strategy and quality of execution.
• Maintain a strong focus on platform stability, performance, observability, reliability, and client experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team within Client Platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to federate responsibility for delivering platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience transforming business objectives into platform vision and sequencing deliverables.
• Deep understanding of the client lifecycle within asset management (sales, marketing, onboarding, reporting, and digital experience).
• Proven success leading and managing product management teams.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior business and technology leaders.
• Familiarity with CRM, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Client Reporting, and Analytics tools and platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree.
• Background in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience with build-versus-buy decision-making processes.
