LiteLLM is the open-source AI gateway powering production AI traffic for NASA, Adobe, Netflix, Stripe, Nvidia, and many other Fortune 500s. We provide a unified API across 100+ LLM providers and act as the enterprise control plane for AI traffic. We're a YC W23 company with tens of thousands of GitHub stars and growing fast.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and customer success playbooks and systems from the ground up
• Focus on sales efficiency, pipeline health, pricing, and revenue forecasting
• Define and enforce external SLAs across all communication channels
• Set up strategic KPIs and performance tracking for every department
• Bridge the divide between product roadmaps, engineering, and GTM execution
• Recruit, mentor, and manage employees to support long-term growth
• Oversee the financial foundation and processes as the company scales

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in Operations or GTM scaling a tech company from ~20 to 100+ employees
• Experience building sales and customer success processes from scratch
• Proven track record managing recruiting, sales, and success functions
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong experience working within an AI startup environment
• Experience managing an enterprise SaaS business for Fortune 500 customers
• Strong background in data modeling, finance, and analytics
• Must be based in San Francisco

Benefits

• Base salary of $200,000 - $300,000 plus bonus and equity
• 401(k) with a 3.5% match
