Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy across the customer lifecycle for all payment products in Amarthafin
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across digital marketing, field channels, and owned ecosystems
• Define growth priorities and strategic initiatives based on customer insights and market trends
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Risk, and Data teams
• Design segmentation and lifecycle strategies to improve user activation, engagement, and retention
• Build and lead a high-performing Growth & Strategy team

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Growth, Business Strategy, or Customer Lifecycle Management
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end growth strategies and driving customer acquisition
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with experience in market and competitive analysis
• Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and growth experimentation
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in fintech, payments, or digital financial services is highly preferred
