About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and lead Block’s Product Sales organization, including recruiting and coaching a high-performing team
- Define the organization’s operating model, territory strategy, and engagement model with Account Executives
- Own commercial success for strategic products, including revenue, attach, and adoption goals
- Partner with Account Executives on high-value opportunities to provide product expertise and deal strategy
- Develop repeatable sales plays, messaging, pricing, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to launch new products and improve go-to-market execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, fintech, SaaS, or payments
- Significant leadership experience in sales, specialist sales, or commercial strategy
- Proven track record of building new organizations or go-to-market functions
- Experience leading overlay sales or product specialist organizations
- Success driving product adoption and expansion revenue in complex B2B environments
- Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
