About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Block’s Product Sales organization, including recruiting and coaching a high-performing team
  • Define the organization’s operating model, territory strategy, and engagement model with Account Executives
  • Own commercial success for strategic products, including revenue, attach, and adoption goals
  • Partner with Account Executives on high-value opportunities to provide product expertise and deal strategy
  • Develop repeatable sales plays, messaging, pricing, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to launch new products and improve go-to-market execution

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, fintech, SaaS, or payments
  • Significant leadership experience in sales, specialist sales, or commercial strategy
  • Proven track record of building new organizations or go-to-market functions
  • Experience leading overlay sales or product specialist organizations
  • Success driving product adoption and expansion revenue in complex B2B environments
  • Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills
