Barupon LLC is a technology-driven infrastructure and manufacturing company developing large-scale industrial ecosystems that integrate energy generation, advanced manufacturing, and next-generation digital infrastructure. Through initiatives such as the Liberty American Manufacturing Park (LAMP), Barupon is building large industrial campuses designed to support data centers, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and high-performance technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with hyperscale cloud providers, enterprise technology companies, and data center operators
• Structure and negotiate long-term partnership agreements supporting large-scale data center deployments
• Attract anchor tenants and hyperscale operators for Barupon’s industrial campuses
• Support long-term agreements related to power capacity, land development, and infrastructure integration
• Develop partnerships across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, including fiber network and energy providers
• Collaborate with leadership and capital markets teams to align partnerships with energy development and infrastructure planning
• Represent Barupon in key industry discussions and partnership opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center development, digital infrastructure partnerships, or hyperscale infrastructure ecosystems
• Proven track record of developing or securing strategic partnerships within the data center industry
• Demonstrated experience contributing to large-scale data center or hyperscale infrastructure deployments
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure requirements including power, cooling, and connectivity
• Strong industry relationships with data center operators, developers, or hyperscale cloud providers
• Experience negotiating long-term infrastructure partnerships or tenant agreements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers or enterprise data center operators
• Experience supporting large-scale data center campus developments
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure and energy requirements for data centers
• Experience working with digital infrastructure investment firms or infrastructure funds
