Head of Strategic Insights & Industry Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate industry marketing and business planning across the Food & Pharma Division, Business Units, and regional sales companies.
• Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategic initiatives and commercial opportunities.
• Drive the division’s insights excellence agenda and foster a data-informed culture.
• Develop and execute divisional industry marketing strategies across priority verticals to support growth and market leadership.
• Lead a team of Industry Marketing Managers and Intelligence Analysts.
• Ensure marketing efforts contribute directly to revenue growth, profitability, and key business KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align industry strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, market intelligence, or industry marketing.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience working in complex international B2B environments.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with market intelligence and analytics methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in working within international matrix organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or specialized market intelligence.
• Background in industrial, food, pharma, or process technology sectors.
