Head of Strategic Growth

Responsibilities

• Own sales and revenue growth in assigned territory by structuring and closing high-value deals ($5M-$50M+)
• Leverage existing government networks and relationships to facilitate introductions and position Rhombus for strategic opportunities
• Design deal structures and partnership frameworks that align capabilities with government priorities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior government officials, articulating how predictive intelligence addresses national security challenges
• Develop market entry and expansion strategies based on political landscapes and defense priorities
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic vision and product-market fit
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams for deal execution
• Represent Rhombus at defense conferences, bilateral meetings, and industry forums

Requirements

• Background in government policy or legislative experience (e.g., congressional staffer, parliamentary advisor, or senior defense official)
• Deep, active relationships across defense and national security establishments in the assigned territory
• Minimum of 3 years of industry transition experience in defense technology or consulting
• Expert knowledge of defense procurement, authorization processes, and budget cycles
• Elite educational background in political science, international relations, or security studies
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for engaging with high-level officials
• Ability to travel extensively (50%+) and visit headquarters in Palo Alto, CA
• Eligibility to obtain necessary security clearances
