About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement short-term and long-term growth strategies tailored to specialty segments in alignment with global and regional priorities.
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with country teams and cross-functional leaders to ensure operational follow-through.
  • Own revenue outcomes for defined growth segments and ensure accountability for achieving regional growth targets.
  • Lead and coordinate functional teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives, including large national genomics programs and channel partnerships.
  • Oversee regional launch coordination for non-platform NPIs and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with GMs and senior leadership to integrate strategic growth initiatives into country-level plans.
  • Establish budgets for strategic markets and define criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, people, and business priorities to exceed goals.
  • Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, plans, and expenses for key initiatives.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of influencing others in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strategic relationships with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for consulting with executive-level management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (Master’s) preferred.
  • 20+ years of related experience, including 12+ years of management experience.
  • 10+ years of commercial management experience and 10+ years in healthcare/diagnostic marketing or sales.
  • 5+ years of experience working with clinical genomics methods or technologies.
