Head of Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Support debt and equity financing activities, including equity raises and refinancing
• Lead the execution of S-1 drafting and IPO preparation
• Optimize leverage, liquidity, and interest rate exposure across the capital structure
• Define and manage FX strategy to mitigate risk and support global operations
• Manage investment banking relationships in partnership with the CFO
• Own external-facing positioning materials, including investor presentations
• Drive M&A execution support, including pro forma P&L and valuation analysis
• Lead inbound and reverse due diligence for strategic M&A
• Drive execution of Board of Directors and investor materials
• Execute ad hoc growth and capitalization projects from the CEO
• Evaluate partnership and JV opportunities with a financial and strategic lens

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Deep expertise in M&A execution, financial modeling, and transaction structuring
• Hands-on experience with capital markets, equity raises, and/or IPO preparation
• Experience with S-1 drafting and external financing documents
• Proven ability to create investor-facing materials and executive narratives
• Ability to operate independently and drive work from idea to execution
• Based in New York City or willing to relocate
