Head of Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units and properties.
• Build and maintain complex financial models for acquisitions, developments, asset management, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team on strategic planning, capital allocation, and operational decisions.
• Use AI-enabled forecasting and automation to improve accuracy and speed of decision-making.
• Own executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting to provide real-time insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Strategic Finance professionals.
• Drive finance transformation by implementing and optimizing reporting, automation, and analytics platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including substantial strategic finance leadership experience.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, financial planning platforms, and AI-driven tools.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
