Head of Strategic Execution & Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of the mid-term management plan and translate long-term growth strategies into concrete actions.
• Define organizational design, capabilities, and decision-making mechanisms required for strategy execution.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information regarding market, competitors, and macro environments to structure key management issues.
• Collaborate with Finance and Administration to set corporate financial targets (revenue, profit, capital efficiency).
• Drive business process transformation, including enhancing management control and governance methods.
• Lead consensus building and decision-making across complex stakeholder interests in different departments and regions.
• Build and develop a professional team specialized in strategy formulation, KPI management, and executive communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy or management planning at a consulting firm or a business company.
• Proven experience leading themes directly involving executive management, such as mid-term management plans.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong ability to structure complex management issues and derive conclusions.
• Deep understanding of business plans, P&L structures, investment decisions, and capital efficiency.
• Leadership skills to drive decision-making and execution while involving global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
