About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Key Account Managers and report directly to the CSO
- Drive revenue, volume, and profitability while ensuring performance for existing and new customers
- Shape the sales strategy, including sales budget management and participation in complex projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Automotive and Non-Automotive markets in collaboration with Business Development
- Manage the entire RFQ and quotation process, including business case evaluation, pricing, and customer negotiations
- Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with EBIT targets and finalize framework and customer agreements
Requirements
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical/commercial qualification
- Multi-year experience in strategic sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development within a B2B industrial environment
- Proven track record in revenue responsibility and building/developing customer relationships
- Strong commercial competence in pricing, contract negotiations, and profitability management
- Deep market understanding with knowledge of relevant customers, applications, and industry players
- Leadership experience within international organizational structures
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English
