Responsibilities
- Own the goal of getting every top startup onto Attio, focusing on YC, top accelerator cohorts, and Series A penetration
- Build deep relationships with influential VCs, accelerators, and ecosystem players
- Conceive and execute high-impact events such as demo days, summits, dinners, and hackathons
- Act as a trusted advisor and go-to contact for founders of breakout companies
- Work cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing to remove friction for the startup market
- Shape the narrative and produce content that resonates with the founder audience
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a founder, VC, or early operator at a high-growth startup
- An existing, genuine network across the startup ecosystem
- Proven track record of building and shipping complex programs or initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling narratives
- A builder's mindset with the ability to operate with urgency and ownership
- High standard for quality in program execution and content creation
