Head of Southern Europe, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Own the Southern Europe enterprise revenue number including pipeline generation, forecasting, and attainment
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs focused on complex, high-value deals
• Participate directly in key customer and prospect meetings
• Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority enterprise accounts
• Develop and execute a territory go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing and Solutions Engineering
• Recruit top enterprise sales talent and build a culture of accountability
• Represent Vercel at industry events and executive roundtables
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CS, and Legal to remove deal blockers

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment
• Proven track record of developing high-performing enterprise AEs
• Deep familiarity with the Southern Europe enterprise landscape
• Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
• Experience selling to engineering, DevOps, or IT leadership
• Ability to travel regularly to meet customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Vercel, Next.js, or the modern web development ecosystem
