Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy, setting headcount requirements and regional targets
• Manage team inputs, cadence, KPIs, and pipeline hygiene
• Coach and develop a team of over 30 reps and 5 sales leaders
• Implement training programs and foster a culture of knowledge sharing
• Oversee the full customer lifecycle from new sales to account management
• Develop and implement comprehensive regional growth strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and launch teams
• Build and leverage industry relationships to maintain brand presence

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high growth in new and existing businesses
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles and managing large pipelines
• Experience leading and mentoring large teams
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Passion for the agricultural sector or farm systems (preferred)
