Head of Solution Consulting, Big Tech/AI

Responsibilities

• Manage the vision and strategy for the Solution Consulting function within the AI & Tech vertical
• Supervise and mentor a team of highly skilled Solution Consultants to drive performance and professional growth
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align technical strategies with customer needs
• Design and implement Solution Consulting playbooks to streamline operations and measure success
• Support Socure’s largest and most strategic accounts by providing high-level technical expertise
• Act as a focal point for product enhancements and feature requests to ensure products remain at the industry forefront
• Structure the tech Pod team to effectively support sales goals and product initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management
• Proven track record of building and leading teams to meet specific KPIs in AI or Tech markets
• Deep understanding of tech market regulations, business models, and compliance frameworks
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse stakeholders
• Excellent consultative selling and client relationship management skills
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant industry certifications
• Experience with data analytics tools used within risk management and compliance
