About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define the editorial strategy for Renault Group across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop the corporate brand expression, including graphic codes, tone of voice, and social media playbooks.
  • Design and lead digital content campaigns to enhance corporate reputation and brand image.
  • Coordinate social media activations for product launches and major corporate communication milestones in collaboration with brand teams (Dacia, Renault, Alpine).
  • Manage the social media planning calendar to ensure synchronized communication across corporate and product departments.
  • Oversee budget management and lead external service providers and production partners.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage and develop a small team of community managers and social media content managers.
  • Conduct competitive and technological monitoring to stay ahead of web trends and emerging communication methods.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally from a specialized institution such as Celsa or Science-Po.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate social media role or within a creative/social media agency.
  • Proven experience in team management and a desire to mentor talent.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Deep knowledge of social media ecosystems, including influencers, communities, and platform-specific behaviors.
  • Proficiency in paid social, sponsorships, and performance measurement.
