Responsibilities
- Leading in-house content production for Social Media
- Managing editors, freelancers, and video agencies
- Collaborating with clients and influencers on shoots
- Tracking performance, spotting trends, and identifying compelling stories
- Handling production including internal gear and facilities
- Developing and growing communities around lawyer-influencer talent
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and formats
- Strong storytelling instincts for translating complex ideas into engaging content
- Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and production setups
- Experience briefing and managing freelancers, agencies, and collaborators
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong portfolio or personal social media presence
