Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. We've raised over $14M in funding and are growing 30% MoM.

Responsibilities

• Own Alpaca's content strategy across video, social, web, email, and educational channels
• Create static social media content, graphics, carousels, and visual storytelling assets
• Produce and oversee short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Develop long-form video content including documentaries, case studies, and interviews
• Develop webinars, workshops, and CEU content for providers and practice owners
• Define and evolve Alpaca's voice, messaging, and storytelling framework
• Build scalable content production workflows using AI and automation
• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, freelancers, and agencies

Requirements

• Experienced storyteller with an emphasis on social media
• Proven track record of building or scaling content engines from scratch
• Ability to connect storytelling to business outcomes like awareness, trust, and revenue
• Exceptional editorial judgment and strong writing/editing skills
• Comfortable both leading teams and executing hands-on content creation
• High accountability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
