About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and advance the fund’s social impact strategy by building the impact thesis and KPI framework
- Implement a rigorous impact measurement and management (IMM) system
- Guide portfolio companies to achieve impact milestones
- Support ESG screening and due diligence processes
- Produce clear, credible impact reporting aligned with investor and donor requirements using frameworks like IRIS+ and GIIRS
- Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships
- Utilize CRM and data tools for monitoring and storytelling
Requirements
- Proven experience in impact measurement and management (IMM)
- Expertise in Theory of Change and KPI design
- Strong data collection, performance monitoring, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of ESG screening and due diligence
- Experience with impact reporting frameworks such as IRIS+ or GIIRS
- Proficiency with CRM and data monitoring tools
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
