Head of Site Operational Excellence & Smart Factory

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and maintain the Site Performance Roadmap, including strategy cascading and benchmarking to identify performance gaps.
• Lead the execution of the roadmap through focused transformation initiatives and standardization via the SMS 2.0 ecosystem.
• Deploy Smart Factory solutions, including AI and GenAI, and manage associated change management to ensure value realization.
• Manage operational KPI governance (e.g., +QDCI) and drive the financial impact of performance actions in alignment with Finance and Procurement.
• Lead the Site SMS team to develop OpEx and digital capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Own the Site Digital Roadmap, defining prioritized digital projects, managing budgets (Capex/Opex), and leading IT project implementations.
• Ensure master data accuracy by leading data governance and managing a pool of data analysts for advanced visualization and big data analytics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence (OpEx) management.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies.
• Proven experience in transformation and change management.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, visualization, and digital solutions (e.g., ERP).
• Knowledge of Manufacturing 4.0, AI, and GenAI technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Engineering, IT, or Biology.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong strategic thinking and business partnering skills.
