Head of Singapore Headquarter Large Cap, Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers covering the Singapore HQ Large Cap segment across all industry groups
• Serve as the primary focal point for client C-suite executives, treasurers, and senior management
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Singapore Global Corporate Banking (GCB) business
• Build and maintain regional treasurer-level coverage and banking relationships across flow and episodic products
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and partner with product specialists to develop account strategies
• Collaborate with Global Investment Banking, Payments, and Markets to support long-term strategic client growth
• Mentor team members to ensure professional development and career progression

Requirements

• Proven track record in client relationship management and winning new business
• Deep expertise in cash and liquidity management, including flow derivatives, FX, commodities, payments, and securities services
• Extensive experience managing cross-cultural teams
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Demonstrated regional and industry-specific credit skills
• Ability to work effectively across various internal product groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated credit knowledge, ideally with experience in credit or debt capital markets
• Existing relationships and direct access to the Large Cap client base and C-suite executives
• University degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline
