Head of Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service business for special machines at the Teningen location, managing revenue for 2nd level support, technical customer service, and retrofits.
• Drive the strategic transformation from technical customer service toward a customer-success-oriented approach.
• Implement the TCS Hub structure and develop product-specific service structures.
• Analyze field problems systematically to contribute to continuous product improvement in collaboration with the development department.
• Oversee the local demonstration center and coordinate customer and technician training.
• Expand support for international service companies and align service offerings with the competence levels of global subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree or a comparable technical qualification.
• Proven experience in service business management and technical customer service.
• Demonstrated success in leading service departments or similar organizational units.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams toward common goals.
• High level of customer orientation and ability to build resilient client relationships.
• Fluency in English for effective collaboration with international subsidiaries and customers.
