Head of Service Market Area Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for business performance, strategy, and project delivery for the Civil Engineering market area in Denmark
• Set direction and drive development of the Civil Engineering business area
• Strengthen commercial position by building a strong pipeline and identifying new market opportunities
• Secure major projects and tenders
• Lead through leaders and develop people and organizational capabilities
• Enforce cross-border collaboration within Nordic countries
• Develop and scale the global delivery model, including collaboration with offshore teams
• Contribute to overall business development nationally and internationally

Requirements

• Relevant technical or engineering degree
• Solid background in a consulting engineering environment
• Proven experience in identifying, developing, and winning business opportunities
• Experience in civil engineering and large, complex infrastructure projects
• Substantial leadership experience with a proven ability to develop people and performance
• Experience or strong interest in global delivery models
• Fluency in Danish and English
