Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for business, strategy, and delivery within the Civil Engineering market area in Denmark
• Drive the development of the Civil Engineering area and strengthen its commercial position through pipeline building and market positioning
• Lead through leaders, developing employees and the organization to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Scale AFRY's global delivery model, including maturing collaboration with offshore teams
• Participate in the leadership group and collaborate with other divisions and international organizations

Requirements

• Relevant technical or engineering education
• Solid background from consulting engineering firms
• Strong commercial profile with experience in identifying and winning business opportunities
• Experience with civil engineering and complex, large-scale infrastructure projects
• Significant leadership experience with a documented ability to develop people and performance
• Experience with or interest in global delivery models and Global Engineering
• Fluency in Danish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and resources across different locations
• Ability to create trust and followship across cultures and stakeholders
