Head of SEO

Responsibilities

• Own the full SEO lifecycle of a flagship site, including strategy, execution, and iteration
• Define and evolve SEO strategy aligned with commercial goals and revenue impact
• Design scalable SEO systems, including templates, workflows, and automation
• Orchestrate AI agents and use internal AI toolsets to scale SEO workflows
• Manage technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture
• Lead keyword strategy, search intent frameworks, and on-page optimization at scale
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and revenue to diagnose and respond to algorithm updates or technical issues
• Mentor SEO managers and specialists while partnering with leadership on roadmap planning

Requirements

• Hands-on SEO experience with ownership of large or high-value websites
• Proven experience scaling competitive websites in iGaming, gambling, or similar aggressive verticals
• Strong foundation in large-site architecture and complex migrations
• Experience building or operating AI-assisted SEO workflows
• Proficiency or ability to rapidly learn CLI-based AI tools (e.g., Claude Code)
• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to design repeatable, scalable solutions
• Strong commercial intuition regarding how SEO translates to revenue
