Head of SEO

Responsibilities

• Architect a massive-scale programmatic SEO engine to build millions of optimized job and category pages
• Collaborate with engineering to design site architecture and scalable content generation systems
• Manage crawl budgets for massive URL inventories and conduct log file analysis to ensure rapid indexation
• Drive off-page authority through scalable link-building campaigns and digital PR
• Ensure technical excellence across React/Next.js rendering, core web vitals, and structured data

Requirements

• Elite technical SEO expertise with the ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Proven experience with programmatic SEO at scale
• Knowledge of React and Next.js frameworks
• Expertise in crawl budget management and indexation optimization
• Proven link-building and authority-building skills
• Ability to commit 50+ hours per week in an onsite role in Cupertino, CA
