Head of Self-Funded Sales

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against corporate sales targets, including pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and revenue performance
• Drive demand generation efforts across sales, marketing, and leadership teams
• Develop and refine go-to-market strategies across multiple market segments
• Oversee business development activities across a broad portfolio of solutions and technology products
• Lead expansion efforts into new markets and introduce new offerings
• Maintain strict oversight of performance metrics and executive-level reporting
• Partner with business leadership to execute short-, mid-, and long-term strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred; CPA is considered advantageous
• 10+ years of leadership experience across sales, business development, marketing, or product functions
• Extensive experience within the healthcare software and services industry
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing performance against aggressive targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve ambiguous challenges
