About the Company

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising through the intelligent application of AI and machine learning. A late-stage AdTech company, Tatari helps fast-growing brands reach customers using linear and streaming TV ads through a sophisticated media buying and proprietary analytics platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Tatari's security roadmap across application, infrastructure, and corporate security
• Own incident response end-to-end, including detection, containment, communication, and post-mortems
• Own detection and monitoring across the AWS environment
• Run the risk management program and provide actionable visibility to leadership
• Lead the Security Policy Advisory Group and develop internal policies and security training
• Partner with Legal on privacy programs (CCPA and other US state laws)
• Partner with Engineering to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle
• Manage customer-facing security due diligence, questionnaires, and compliance attestations
• Report security posture and program maturity to executive staff and the board
• Manage relationships with external cybersecurity vendors

Requirements

• Meaningful experience leading information security teams at a high-growth SaaS company
• Strong AWS and Kubernetes security expertise (IAM, networking, data protection, threat detection)
• Proven experience leading incident response and stakeholder communication
• Experience building or scaling a security risk management program
• Track record of hiring and developing security engineers
• Experience leading security programs through SOC 2 and other frameworks
• Hands-on use of AI in security workflows and knowledge of LLM attack surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISSP or CISM
