Responsibilities
- Serve as the second-in-command to the Sales Director Pakistan, owning day-to-day execution and stepping in for leadership when needed.
- Manage direct relationships with 3+ frontline Sales Managers through 1:1s, coaching calibration, and development plans.
- Translate leadership priorities into SMART goals and structured accountability loops for an organization of 25–30 SDRs.
- Run the operating engine, including weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance reviews, QBRs, and forecasting.
- Use SFDC and conversation intelligence tools like Gong to drive coaching, staffing, and forecasting decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, and Enablement teams to improve lead flow and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience managing managers within a SaaS sales environment.
- Proven experience leading an SDR motion at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a second-in-command or senior sales leader.
- Strong strategic judgment combined with operational rigor to drive initiatives to completion.
- High proficiency in SFDC and conversation intelligence tools (Gong or equivalent).
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence US-based stakeholders.
