Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for the campus
• Create a strong culture that embodies the organization's mission
• Build a strong community among staff, parents, and children
• Ensure delivery of an exceptional educational program
• Manage campus budget and ensure overall profitability targets are met
• Work with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment targets
• Hire, support, develop, and manage teaching staff

Requirements

• Site Supervisor certification or higher
• Early childhood education leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and make tough decisions with limited information
• Passion for Montessori pedagogy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching within an early childhood education setting
• Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program, or School Director for a preschool
• Familiarity with the Montessori method or Montessori certification
