Head of Scaled Ads Solutions

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the scaled ads sales strategy across direct, reseller, and BPO channels.
• Own scaled sales revenue goals and channel performance, including acquisition, retention, and advertiser outcomes.
• Build and coach a high-performance scaled sales organization and partner ecosystem.
• Manage reseller operations, including vendor selection, RFPs, commercial negotiations, and governance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to optimize the advertiser lifecycle and provide market feedback.
• Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and controls to support responsible global growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or technology leadership.
• 10+ years of experience leading high-performing scaled sales, account management, or revenue teams.
• Proven track record in building new products from the ground up in fast-paced environments.
• Deep experience with reseller and outsourced sales operations (BPO), including vendor management and contracting.
• Highly data-driven approach to decision-making using funnel metrics and unit economics.
• Exceptional people leadership skills with experience recruiting and developing global teams.
