About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and scale the scaled ads sales strategy across direct, reseller, and BPO channels
- Own scaled sales revenue goals and channel performance targets
- Manage reseller operations including vendor selection, RFPs, and commercial negotiations
- Partner with Product and Engineering to bring market insights and customer feedback to the roadmap
- Establish scalable processes, playbooks, and controls to support responsible growth
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or technology leadership
- 10+ years of experience leading high-performing scaled sales or revenue teams
- Proven track record of scaling performance-advertising businesses across multiple channels
