Head of Saudi Market - Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow market share
• Supervise and guide the sales team, supporting performance management and alignment with company objectives
• Manage and grow relationships with key corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
• Prepare sales activity reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis for management review
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics and packages
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to optimize promotions and pricing
• Represent the property at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
• Handle negotiations, proposals, and contracts effectively while ensuring professional client follow-up

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi National
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM and sales management tools is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
