Responsibilities

  • Own the B2B2C sales funnel for MFDs, including acquisition, activation, and repeat business
  • Optimize sales funnels by identifying drop-offs and fixing bottlenecks with Product and Ops teams
  • Manage B2C direct sales, driving the journey from lead to disbursal
  • Design incentive structures and align KPIs across multi-layered teams
  • Scale the sales team through hiring roadmaps and capacity planning
  • Utilize CRM and dialer data to improve lead allocation and connectivity
  • Drive revenue growth, total disbursals, and sales productivity
  • Analyze conversion ratios, rep productivity, and CAC vs revenue

Requirements

  • Multi-channel sales leadership experience managing large teams
  • Proven revenue ownership, preferably within Fintech or lending sectors
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to funnel management
  • Ability to work closely with founders and collaborate across teams
  • Structured thinking and a problem-solving mindset
  • High ownership mentality to build systems and drive outcomes
