About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of sales targets, growth, and profitability
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Drive new business development by identifying new clients and channels
  • Manage pricing and expand the sales network
  • Supervise, motivate, train, and develop regional sales teams
  • Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer based in Hong Kong

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience selling Zippers & Trims
  • At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position
  • Strong working knowledge of zippers and trims is compulsory
  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth and profitability targets
  • Essential experience handling India, Bangladesh, and/or Pakistan markets
  • University graduate with relevant training in Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with YKK, Ideal Zipper, SAB, or similar reputed companies
  • Exposure to global customers and international sourcing interactions
