About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales targets, growth, and profitability
- Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Drive new business development by identifying new clients and channels
- Manage pricing and expand the sales network
- Supervise, motivate, train, and develop regional sales teams
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer based in Hong Kong
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience selling Zippers & Trims
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position
- Strong working knowledge of zippers and trims is compulsory
- Proven track record in achieving sales growth and profitability targets
- Essential experience handling India, Bangladesh, and/or Pakistan markets
- University graduate with relevant training in Sales & Marketing
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with YKK, Ideal Zipper, SAB, or similar reputed companies
- Exposure to global customers and international sourcing interactions
