Responsibilities

  • Define product and service strategies for accommodation, training, and rehabilitation
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service quality and efficiency
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to reach objectives
  • Manage the full sales process including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Utilize CRM tools to track potential and existing clients
  • Extract KPIs and perform weekly monitoring
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and marketing

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing services in hospitality, training, or rehabilitation industries
  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
