Responsibilities
- Define product and service strategies for accommodation, training, and rehabilitation
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure service quality and efficiency
- Develop and execute sales strategies to reach objectives
- Manage the full sales process including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
- Utilize CRM tools to track potential and existing clients
- Monitor and extract weekly KPIs
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and marketing
Requirements
- Previous experience managing services in hospitality, training, or rehabilitation industries
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools
- Leadership and effective communication skills
- Result-oriented mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced English level
- Strong customer service vocation
