About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an effective sub-regional sales strategy for Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Türkiye)
- Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, partners, end operators, and key suppliers
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve higher performance levels
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement
- Drive and support cross-selling initiatives across the region
- Hold full accountability for P&L performance within the responsible area
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar relevant field
- Solid experience in Telecom, Data Centers, or Industrial sectors
- 8-10 years of proven sales experience with multi-country responsibility
- Strong leadership and people development skills in an international environment
- Deep business acumen and market knowledge (e.g., AI, ORAN)
- Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish
- Willingness to travel
