About the role
About the Company
Qualitate is building the AI-native primary intelligence platform for enterprises, investment firms, and asset managers. We automate the entire primary research workflow, from study design and expert recruitment through AI-moderated interviews and insight synthesis.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue targets, set quotas, and manage forecasting
- Build sales playbooks, qualification criteria, and enablement processes to scale from 4 to 40 reps
- Hire and ramp the next wave of Account Executives to productivity within 90 days
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and coaching cadences
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams
Requirements
- Proven track record of consistent promotions in sales leadership roles
- Experience leading teams through hyper-growth phases in high-growth startups
- Experience selling mid-market and enterprise deals ($50k to $1M ACV) with 30–120 day cycles
- Hands-on experience building ICP definitions, compensation structures, and onboarding programs
- Ability to lead from the front by personally jumping into deals to help reps close
- Comfort operating in early-stage, high-growth, and chaotic environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience selling to large technology enterprises or investment firms
- Experience at a company that scaled from $5M to $50M+ ARR
- Experience building or owning a pipeline generation function
- Experience hiring and developing front-line sales managers
