Head of Sales - Passenger Vehicle Business

Responsibilities

• Lead Passenger Vehicle sales in India, shaping strategy and market growth in a key region.
• Develop and execute customer and go-to-market plans aligned with global product roadmaps.
• Drive sustainable growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand ZF’s position in chassis technologies.
• Oversee sales performance and profitability while representing customer insights across global teams.
• Build strong sales teams and contribute to India’s role as a strategic manufacturing and growth hub.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Extensive senior experience in automotive sales, business development, or general management.
• Proven experience working with a Tier-1 supplier.
• Deep understanding of Indian OEMs and local market dynamics.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
